If i train large beam laser spec to 4 that will be an 8% damage bonus to T2 guns of that class. So my question is at that point will a T2 Tachyon with 5.4 dmg bonus out damage a faction tachyon with a 5.625 dmg bonus due to the laser spec not appl...

Ok both my votes just showed up in sanctionable actions and i could declare war, this took 1.5 hours later. 1.5 hours is not a huge deal but it does make you change plans abit on something that should be instant.
